🔥 About the Track
Denver, CO; Detroit, MI – “When Jesus was baptized, he went up immediately from the water. The heavens suddenly opened for him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming down on him. And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased.’” [Matthew 3:16-17]
“Baptism is a show of faith in who God is and what He has done in our lives. We reflect on that day with reverence for the goodness of God.” – Procyse
The duo of Procyse and Rich Colón, known by the moniker BASECAMP, make their anticipated return with their new single, Lord’s Day.
After making waves throughout the Christian rap underground with their 2023 debut ‘First and Four,’ fans of the Polished Arrow Music duo have eagerly been waiting for the next installment to the group’s catalog. On August 1, 2025, the single Lord’s Day hits digital streaming platforms.
With production by Brokenfinga and featuring New York emcee YP aka Young Paul, Lord’s Day is a gritty retelling of submission and being washed clean by following Christ’s example.
Once again, Pro and Rich remind the CHH genre of their gift of being able to blend lyricism and the Gospel in a fashion that resonates with even the most street-hardend of listeners.
