We also dive into Hugh’s latest project, “Hosanna,” which unfortunately was not well-received by some fans.

We explore the possible reasons behind this, including the album cover featuring African American people and how the devil has his hands on black culture, which is something that as black people, we often feed into.

Furthermore, we talk about the setbacks of thinking that Christianity is only a white man’s religion and how it affects the acceptance of Christian hip-hop within the black community.

As an African-American artist, Hugh understands the challenges of his community and aims to inspire hope and faith through his music.
