Christian Media Weekly: New Music, Videos & Faith Features
Welcome back to Christian Media Weekly. This week brings three Kingdom Spotlights, a new featured EP, fresh singles across hip-hop, pop, R&B, and alternative, plus a Douglas Family Saga feature built around grace, belonging, and the people the church sometimes overlooks.
As many reflected on Juneteenth this week, we remember that freedom is not just history on a calendar. We thank God for the progress made, honor the sacrifices that came before us, and point back to the freedom found in Christ. The Gospel does not erase history. It speaks into it with truth, justice, reconciliation, and deliverance.
Let’s get into it.

Kingdom Spotlights

Kingdom Spotlight - Music Video
Justmic - Bounce Back (Ya Dig)
Fresh off “Block By Block,” Cleveland artist Justmic returns with another visual from his debut album Spirit Bread. “Bounce Back (Ya Dig)” blends Southern hip-hop energy with a direct challenge to spiritual warfare, repentance, and resilience through Christ.

Kingdom Spotlight - Christian Hip Hop
Saint Jones - Miracle
Saint Jones turns personal testimony into a powerful declaration on “Miracle.” The Atlanta artist reflects on a past marked by reckless decisions, dangerous environments, and moments where jail, tragedy, or death felt far closer than the future. Instead of glorifying that life, he points listeners toward the grace that carried him through it.
Built on hard-hitting boom-bap foundations and honest lyricism, “Miracle” serves as both confession and celebration. Saint Jones acknowledges that surviving those years was not luck or skill. It was the mercy of God. The record shifts from survival to salvation, reminding listeners that the greatest miracle is not simply being spared, but being transformed through Jesus Christ.

Kingdom Spotlight - Christian Hip Hop
Steven Perez x Justo Chalaire - Long Day
Some records are built for celebration. Others are built for survival. “Long Day” tackles exhaustion, anxiety, and perseverance through a faith-centered lens that refuses to pretend believers never struggle.
Featured EP

EP - Hip-Hop
Dex the nerd who loves Jesus - Lost Files 3000
Built with Rapzilla, Lost Files 3000 opens the vault on unreleased remixes while still feeling purposeful. The focus track “I’m Grateful” slows the pace down to recognize growth, contentment, and God’s faithfulness in the present season.

Douglas Family Saga

Daryl Ty - Douglas Family Saga
When the Church Missed Her
Some people do not walk away from faith. They walk away from places that made faith feel impossible. This Douglas Family Saga feature explores Pamela Douglas, grace, addiction, belonging, and the people the church sometimes overlooks.
Closing Thoughts
This week’s Christian Media Weekly reminds us that faith-centered creativity does not live in one lane. Some artists are talking spiritual warfare. Some are wrestling with identity. Some are grieving. Some are celebrating love. Some are telling stories the church needs to hear.
That is why TBK247 keeps covering the music, the books, the podcasts, the testimonies, and the culture. The message is still moving.
