About the Video
The video for E Lion represents more than a single release—it reflects a life shaped by movement, survival, and faith. Conceived in Hawaii, born in California, and later settling in Hawaii Kai at age 13, E Lion’s background plays a key role in his sound and perspective.
His parents, both doctors, influenced his desire to bring healing to others—an idea that would later take musical form. After moving out at age 19, E Lion survived a tragic house fire that claimed the lives of two roommates. That near-death experience became a turning point, eventually leading to his debut album Father Nature and a career marked by perseverance.
Purpose and Message
At its core, E Lion reflects resilience and hope shaped by lived experience. The video aligns with E Lion’s consistent approach to music:
Faith-centered without being forced
Uplifting without ignoring hardship
Honest about pain while pointing toward purpose
Rather than separating life from faith, E Lion presents them as intertwined—each informing the other through music, prayer, and outreach.
