Jay Bizzze – “Leave the Wicked Days Behind”

Serving as a companion track to his 2023 single “Let the Lord Exalt You,” Christian rapper and speaker Jay Bizzze returns with “Leave the Wicked Days Behind,” a raw and reflective record dedicated to anyone struggling to fully surrender to God.

The song begins with an intimate prayer — not for himself, but for every listener who presses play. It’s a moment of intercession that bridges vulnerability and victory, offering a glimpse into Jay’s spiritual battle with temptation and his ultimate triumph through grace.

Across three verses, Jay tells three stories — each reflecting different walks of life and one unifying message: freedom is found in Christ alone. The first verse revisits his personal struggles with lust, echoing the confessions that once kept him chained. The second explores breaking away from toxic influences and environments, while the third speaks directly to those caught in the adult entertainment industry — reminding them that Christ’s love can redeem any story.

Inspired by 1 Peter 4:1–5, Jay Bizzze’s message is clear: it’s time to walk away from sin and into sanctification. Produced with a soulful, meditative tone, “Leave the Wicked Days Behind” blends introspection with faith-filled lyricism that challenges listeners to live holy without losing hope.
