🔥 About the Track
In his latest single, Heaven Start Talking, Texas-based Christian hip hop artist Kalculus transforms the timeless Christmas carol Silent Night into a cinematic trap-inspired anthem of hope and faith. Blending soulful piano chords, heartfelt lyricism, and modern 808s, the record bridges worship and street sensibility—proving that gospel truth can still slap.
“Heaven Start Talking speaks to anyone longing for peace in chaotic times,” says Kalculus. “It’s a reminder that even when the world feels loud, God’s voice still cuts through.”
The song captures the essence of Kalculus’s artistic journey: raw honesty wrapped in redemption. Standing 6’4” with a larger-than-life presence, Kelvin Oliver II, known as Kalculus, brings both vulnerability and strength to the mic. A former secular rapper turned faith-driven storyteller, he blends the grit of Dallas streets with the grace of the Gospel—addressing themes like church hurt, grief, and restoration without watering down his faith.
About the Song
With Heaven Start Talking, Kalculus fuses soulful melodies, cinematic production, and trap percussion to deliver a record that’s reflective yet uplifting. It’s both a holiday meditation and an everyday anthem, urging listeners to tune their hearts to heaven’s frequency.
