1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Audio downloads

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital purchase, please contact us and we'll gladly help resolve it.

2. Books

Books purchased through third-party retailers (such as Amazon or other marketplaces) are subject to that retailer's return policy.

If books are purchased directly from TBK247, please contact us within 14 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. Apparel & Merchandise

Many TBK247 apparel items are produced through print-on-demand partners.

Returns or replacements may be available if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item is received.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing ordered by the customer unless required by the fulfillment provider.

4. Promotional Services

Refunds are not available once work has begun on promotional services.

This includes services such as:

  • Music Promotion
  • Editorial Services
  • Website Promotion
  • Sponsored Features

If work has not yet started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Featured Placement

Featured Placement purchases reserve promotional space on TBK247.

Once placement has been scheduled or published, refunds are not available.

6. Shipping Issues

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on fulfillment partners or carriers.

TBK247 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
