Life is more than a feeling

“So Alive” leans into the kind of joy that comes from knowing where life is rooted. Tae Lamar keeps the message accessible and personal, using the language of Christian hip-hop to point beyond temporary highs and back toward the life Christ gives.

The song’s anchor: Luke 15:31–32, a reminder that what belongs to us in the Father’s house is worth celebrating.

The record’s old-school approach gives that message room to breathe. Instead of chasing a crowded arrangement, it lets the groove and the collaborators carry the listener into a place of thankfulness.

Released August 25, 2026 through Polished Arrow, “So Alive” was produced by Tae Lamar and engineered by iNTELLECT and m1L. m1L, Elan Brio and JusJames join the release, adding different voices to the song’s shared celebration.

The project also includes an instrumental B-side, giving listeners another way to sit with the production after the vocal message lands.
