🔥 About the Track
Tylerhateslife brave posthumous release carries a weight few songs can. Released just after the one-year anniversary of his passing, brave. gives listeners a window into his heart and faith as he wrestled with the realities of mental health, loss, and legacy.
About the Song
“brave.” is more than music—it’s Tyler’s testimony. Over a blend of acoustic guitar, hip hop cadence, and his signature soaring vocals, he reflects on the courage it takes to battle suicidal thoughts. He opens up about his mother’s death, his struggles, and the hope he desired to leave for his children.
Why It Matters
This song reminds listeners that bravery is not the absence of fear but the decision to cling to Christ in the middle of it. For anyone walking through darkness, brave. offers honesty and hope.
Artist Legacy
Tylerhateslife’s upcoming album mental health is set to release in September 2025. Beyond brave., only one or two singles remain—making this body of work his final legacy to the Christian hip hop space.
